Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Blade Nzimande on the 18th of January announced that there will be no NSFAS late application for the year 2021, due to the high volume of applications received in 2020, which believed it was highly impacted by the closing date being extended allowing students to have more time to apply, this was done to compensate for the time that was spent during the higher levels of lockdown.
Bursary researchers have compiled a list of bursaries students should apply for in order to get financial assistance to start or complete their studies; students are urged to carefully follow instructions during their applications.
